This notice explains, in plain English, what PostCrew AI collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
PostCrew AI is made by UnitOne AI Private Limited, Hyderabad, India. For anything about your data, email sales@unitoneai.com.
What we collect
- When you fill in our form: your name, business name, email, and, if you give them, your phone number, website, chosen plan and message.
- When you use PostCrew AI as a customer: your brand assets (logo, icon, brand colour, handle, website), the text of the public website pages and links that PostCrew AI reads, your Autopilot answers and plans, and the posters, captions and reel stories it makes for you.
- If you connect Instagram: the access details needed to publish the posts you approve.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and set up your account with you.
- To produce your content: draft weekly plans, write captions and reel stories, and generate poster images in your brand.
- To auto-post the posts you approve to your Instagram account, if you connect it. For every other channel, you download your content and publish it yourself; we do not connect to those accounts.
- To run billing and support. We do not use your content to advertise to you or anyone else.
Who processes it for us
- Google (Gemini) processes prompts and your website text, and generates images, to produce your content.
- Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region) hosts the service and stores your data.
- Razorpay will process payments once online payment is switched on. Today, choosing a plan sends a request and our team contacts you. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Meta / Instagram receives the posts you approve, only when you connect your account.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form details are kept while we are talking to you about PostCrew AI, and deleted on request. Customer data is kept while your account is active; when you cancel, we delete it within a reasonable time unless the law (for example, tax records) requires us to keep some of it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sales@unitoneai.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
